Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties • Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all guest rooms are prepared for new arrivals. • Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. • Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain quality standards. • Assist with special cleaning projects as required. Skills • Strong custodial skills with experience in various cleaning techniques and equipment. • Background in hospitality is preferred, with an understanding of guest service expectations. • Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. • Experience in hotel or industrial cleaning environments is a plus. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
