Housekeeper (Apartment Complex)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at our apartment complex. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for residents and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities • Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the facility. • Ensure that all rooms are properly cleaned and made ready for new move-ins. • Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing as needed. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. • Maintain an organized cleaning cart and ensure that all cleaning supplies are used safely and efficiently. • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure resident satisfaction and high standards of cleanliness. Experience • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus. • Experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is advantageous. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
