What you’ll do • Perform thorough cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness. • Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all surfaces are spotless. • Collaborate with the housekeeping manager to uphold quality standards and address any maintenance issues promptly. • Utilize industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively for deep cleaning tasks. • Provide exceptional service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring their comfort during their stay. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. • Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in janitorial duties to promote a safe environment for guests and staff. Basic qualifications • Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications • Previous facility/hotel experience is highly desirable. • Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. • Experience with industrial cleaning methods will be advantageous.
