Summary We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Legacy Healing Center. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients, contributing to their overall well-being and recovery journey. Your efforts will directly support our mission of providing exceptional care. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms. • Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to meet health and safety standards. • Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens. • Assist with floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. • Uphold the facility's standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to housekeeping. • Qualifications • Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is required. • Familiarity with janitorial procedures and safety protocols. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus. • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting client privacy.
