Housekeeper/Laundry

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained. • Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. • Conduct floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. • Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing custodial duties. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Experience • Previous experience in housekeeping management or industrial cleaning is preferred. • Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness are essential. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial best practices is advantageous.
