Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential spaces, hotels, and commercial facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and guests. Duties • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas. • Execute residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundering linens. • Provide custodial services in commercial settings, ensuring all spaces meet cleanliness standards. • Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed. • Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy to enhance overall satisfaction. • Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Qualifications • Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not required. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. • Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and guests. • Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. • Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks for extended periods. • Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays when required.
