Housekeeping / Janitor Supervisor – Part-Time Hourly

Villa Dubois Guest House is a boutique Bed & Breakfast startup in Chicago. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-orientedHousekeeping / Janitor Supervisorto oversee and clean our properties. If you take pride in hospitality, work independently, and have a car, we’d love to hear from you. Pay: • $18–$20/hour (W-2) • Paid every two weeks via direct deposit • Taxes withheld Schedule: • Part-time hours based on bookings and assignments • Most work occurs between9:00 AM and 5:00 PM • Travel to up tothree propertiesdaily as needed Job Responsibilities: • Clean guest rooms and common areas to a high standard • Travel between properties on the North and South sides of Chicago • Restock supplies and manage inventory • Use cleaning checklists and supervise quality standards • Report and follow up on maintenance issues • Communicate daily with property manager Requirements: • Must have housekeeping/janitorial experience in hotels, Airbnb, or vacation rentals within the last 5 years • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented • Able to communicate by phone or text • Comfortable working independently Important:You will be asked to demonstrate your housekeeping/janitorial skills during the interview.
