Position Objective:

Supervise, coach, and train Housekeeping staff.

Inspect guest rooms and public areas to uphold hotel cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee PM associates, correct deficiencies, and ensure compliance with cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards.

Create and adjust employee schedules to meet productivity requirements.

Communicate with Front Office and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Conduct regular staff meetings to share important information.

Manage laundry pick-up and delivery, and resolve any discrepancies.

Investigate and resolve guest complaints.

Assist with inventory and maintain a tidy work area.

Perform cleaning tasks and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

3-5 years of Housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Hospitality experience is a plus.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
