As a Houseperson, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your attention to detail, and dedication to maintain impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $22.9545/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure that assigned areas are clean and presentable

• Clean ash urns constantly, clean and dust lamps, mirrors, pictures,

• Ensure marble floors in assigned areas are clean and free of debris through routine vacuuming, and sweeping

• Deliver requested items, such as refrigerators, pillows, rollaways, cribs, etc., to guest rooms

• Routinely empty trash cans and linen from the Guest Room Attendants’ carts as needed

• Maintain inventory levels, deliver supplies to assigned lockers, and stock it

• Follow Quick Flood Response procedures, safety procedures, general clean, pull room procedures, and quarterly mattress-flipping procedure

• Clean restrooms in assigned areas, vacuum all halls, lobbies, and edges; clean all hall railings, marks on wallpaper, stairwells, and lockers

• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has a flexible schedule

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

• Ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 70lbs
