HQ - Strategy Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for a Strategy Analyst for our Group Strategy team to participate in the definition of the corporate strategy and main growth opportunities. In this role, you will be part of a 4-people team, reporting directly to the CEO and CFOs of Job&Talent, and interacting with all the main stakeholders and teams of the company.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising: Build materials for potential new investors, covering a wide array of topics (e.g. growth, unit economics, operations, tech, M&A, market, etc.), and co-manage the process end-to-end
• Investors Relations: Build monthly and quarterly report packages for C-Levels and Board of Directors, assessing overall business performance and company strategic projects
• CEO Office: Build the company long-term strategy & plans to guide C-Levels decisions, and co-lead cross-functional Business Development projects

You have...

• Undergraduate degree or master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration / Economics or a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Technology, or Science)
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced work environment (such as Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A, Restructuring, or similar)
• Collaborative and curious mindset, able to work with people at all levels of an organization
• Independence to drive own workstreams in the context of a broader team effort
• Analytical and structured reasoning, breaking down complex problems into simple ones 
• Effective communication both verbally and in writing, in English and preferably also in Spanish
