Your role will focus on our Austin, TX office, where you will organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. You will ensure a pleasant work environment by maintaining high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
As our Office Manager, you will be a crucial member of the Employee Experience team under the Global HR team, dedicated to creating the best work experience at Lansweeper. You will manage daily operations, events, and meeting setups, act as the primary liaison for visitors and employees, support onboarding and off-boarding processes, and provide executive assistance. Due to the nature of this position, you will be required to work in-office (Austin, TX) five days a week, Monday through Friday.
A Day in the Life of Office Management Tasks:
People Operations

  • Process payroll data for wages, commissions, and bonuses and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Support employees through the onboarding and off-boarding processes, including equipment coordination, employment eligibility verification (Form I-9), benefits enrollment, agreement e-sign requests, and other administrative tasks
  • Perform other data entry in HRIS and Benefits portals as needed
  • Assist with various ad hoc HR projects as needed, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the People and Culture Team


Workplace Experience

  • Lead daily operations, handle official correspondence, and manage meeting bookings and setups, ensuring employees have all necessary information regarding office equipment
  • Be a culture ambassador for colleagues and visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment and overseeing all aspects of office facilities, including site security, property maintenance, repairs, mail services, and office supplies
  • Collaborate with the local employee event committee in the Austin office to organize and communicate company events and holiday celebrations, including team-building activities and holiday lunches
  • Resolve office issues, order supplies, manage office access, support travel arrangements, and maintain vendor relationships
  • Manage HR/ office expenses and invoices
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance office functionality and the employee experience


Executive Assistance

  • Understand business priorities, provide complex calendar management (Outlook, considering time zone sensitivities), deliver operational excellence, and proactively anticipate and support the needs of US-based executives as needed


***People Ops (50%) / Workplace Experience (40%) / Executive Support (10%) and other related functions as assigned.

  • At least 3 years of relevant human resources support and/or office admin management experience.
  • An understanding that this position is primarily in-office due to the nature of the role.
  • A global mindset and cross-cultural competency, demonstrated through experience working and collaborating in international environments
  • Strong administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with extensive knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
