Are you looking to expand your HR skills and join a growing team in Healthcare? Client in Aurora is seeking a strong HR Assistant to provide support employee questions, payroll, background screens, HRIS data, reporting and employee files. Must be able to work both in office and remote. Pays up to $45K and immediate interviews, health benefits at 60 days!

Job Duties:

• Collects and organizes all new hire paperwork, including the I-9 process and E-Verify
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of employee files
• Responsible for sending company announcements
• Assists with the coordination data changes with the Shared Service group by providing employee change forms, supporting documentation, and approvals
• Enters, updates, maintains and/or retrieve information from employee files, spreadsheets, systems and databases as required
• Distribute ad-hoc reports to various departments
• Assist with time and attendance corrections in ADP
• Assist with various HR reporting audits
• Sort and distribute HR department mail
• Completes requests for verification of employment and unemployment reports

• Between 2-3 years of HR Assistant experience
• HRIS experience (ADP is preferred)
• Live close to Aurora for commute to office
• High School Diploma
