Job Description

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provides clerical support to the HR team
• Compiling and organizing papers and digital employment records
• Scanning different type of documents
• Storing scanned documents in folders
• Storing documents in employees Personal Records (originals and hard copy)
• Removing/replacing ex-employees Personal Records in different storage
• Support Local HR in different HR activities
• Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills
• Strong organizational skills including experience managing multiple priorities
• Good attention to detail
• Respect of confidentiality
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
