ROLE DESCRIPTION

 

As a Human Resources Business Partner at Capco, you will be responsible for working directly with the Managing Partner to support and grow our presence in Poland. You will work on a wide variety of people-related deliverables and processes, whilst maintaining day-to-day HR operations for the business.

 

The preferred candidate will be expected to: 

  • Managing HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding 
  • Efficiently managing payroll operations with the collaboration of the external payroll provider
  • Running background check for employees/contractors before joining the organization
  • Working with Polish labor law on a daily basis 
  • Act as the primary contact for all HR-related topics in Poland, and as a business partner to local leadership on people matters
  • Collaborate closely with Central Europe People Lead, other corporate functions (e.g. operations, finance) and local leadership team to successfully deliver people priorities 
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive and inclusive working environment
  • Maintain and manage employee benefit plans
  • Run the performance enablement process in line with global standards and frameworks
  • Deliver high standards of HR compliance, and work with the global HR Ops team to provide responses to internal and external audit requirements
  • Provide HR management information and insights on key people metrics
  • Engage in workforce planning, working closely with business stakeholders and the talent acquisition team

Required Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of Polish labor law and principles
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels (e.g. Senior Management, Finance, global teams, etc)
  • 5 years+ in an HR Business Partner role or similar expertise

  • Strong understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Good levels of knowledge of employee benefit schemes and payroll requirements 
  • Aptitude with numbers, and the ability to provide analysis and insight on key people metrics and trends
  • Fluent in English and Polish

  • Ability to work in our Warsaw office at least 2-3 days a week.
