As a Human Resource Coordinator/Executive Assistant you will provide HR support to the HR functions. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment. You will ensure accuracy of people's data, support transactions and answer first line HR queries. You will carry out HR administration ensuring high levels of accuracy. Maintaining HRIS data integrity and generating reports for HR metrics and analytics.
Answering payroll and benefits questions, supporting organizational transactions and coordinating department projects.
Providing general administrative support to the HR department
Coordinating HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion efforts. Employee Engagement
Accuracy of records
Timely reporting
On time project execution Experience - Have a successful track record in HR coordination or related field.
Knowledge - Be knowledgeable about HR policies and procedures
Skill - Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite, with the ability to generate reports and analyze data.
Knowledge - Have a thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Skill - Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
