HR Generalist

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team as a maternity cover for approximately 13 months, starting in October. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a broad HR role, focusing on recruitment, administration, and employee engagement.

About the Role 

As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with our HR Manager to support approximately 75 employees and their managers in all HR-related matters. This role offers a variety of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring no two days are the same.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration and maintenance in the HR system Workday
  • Recruitment (from A-Z)
  • Update and review our employee handbook and other policies and processes
  • Contract management and general HR Administration
  • Support in onboarding as well as offboarding
  • Workplace safety and collaboration
  • Support with coordination of annual CSR/HR reporting
  • Opportunity to implement and drive own HR projects
  • Internal HR communication
  • Workplace coordination and events

About you/Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a university degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a few years of experience in recruitment or HR. Fluency in both English and Swedish is essential, as English is our corporate language. Experience with the Workday HR system is highly desirable.

You should have a genuine interest in HR administration and a strong focus on quality. We value proactive individuals who can see improvement opportunities and bring new ideas to enhance employee engagement and company culture. An interest in CSR and sustainable solutions is a plus. You should be a good listener, adept at understanding the needs of various groups, and skilled at building relationships. Strong written communication skills are essential for drafting job ads, updating the employee handbook, or crafting our monthly HR newsletter.
