EVALUATIONS:

Qualifications

¿ A minimum of three years professional experience providing Human Resource services within large (500+ headcount) organization.  
¿ Demonstrate progressive Human Resources experience that includes experience with high volume recruiting and benefits administration.
¿ Ability to interpret and apply rules, regulations, and policies applicable to recruiting and staffing.
¿ Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions to implement appropriate recruiting strategies to fill vacancies.
¿ Proficiency in operating a personal computer and software programs to include HRIS systems (preferably PeopleSoft), and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.  
¿ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing requirements while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
¿ Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to convey a wide variety of information to diverse audiences.
¿ Experience influencing and interacting with senior management, developing rapport and a high degree of trust with all levels of staff, and acting as representative of the recruiting function to those at the executive level.
¿ Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling and working with highly confidential personnel and compensation.      
¿ Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
