This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolisfor an HR Intern.

The Human Resources (People & Culture) Intern will support the development and implementation of the company's culture and community events and programs. In addition, this role will lead and coordinate selected Employee Resource Groups (ERG) meetings, social interactions, and lunch and learn sessions, activities, and events across the company. This role reports to the I&D Global Director.
Responsibilities
• Assist with the pre-planning and implementation of select programs and assists with various projects.
• Assist with planning, and implementation of ID initiatives by supporting the logistics, analysis of data, streamlining processes, and creating surveys.
• Support the implementation of the Community and Culture programs/projects
• Assist with the organization of I&D learning resources and support tools for employees
• Research and benchmarking efforts to support the design, development, and implementation of Community & Culture programs
• Provide administrative support for events, meetings, and Community and Culture calendar.
• Community & Culture operations: Assist with employee attendance data at meetings and events.
• Community & Culture Administration: Assist with sorting, and documenting outreach materials and merchandise used at selected college fairs.
• Assist with employee engagement activities including designated community volunteering activities
• Participate in all internship activities and events scheduled
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree or graduate program
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Adept with social media platforms
Essential Attributes:
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and able to work autonomously
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
