• Promote internal campaigns and events align to HR agenda and metrics
• HR Projects to support people strategy.
• Create innovative and informative executive presentations.
• Promote collaboration among employees' groups thru coaching and guidance
• Learning Path progress and Onboarding/Offboarding support.
• General support for HR Consultant & HRBP Manager.

This job might be for you if:

• Active bachelor students from 6 th semester and up related to the Human Resources area: Psychology, Business Management, International Business or People oriented studies. (Graduating in December 2025 or later).
• English Intermediate or Advanced
• Participation in extracurricular activities is a plus
• Strong digital mindset
• Proactive, accountable and driven mindset.
