The Human Resource Operations Associate will assist in the efficient and smooth operational functioning of the department and will also provide support to factory or corporate functions. This support will include responding to routine HR inquires, providing system expertise and acting as a trustworthy liaison between other HR Centers of Excellence functions, as well as coordinating various projects. You will process various applications, employment, enrollment, pay change information and other confidential forms and records. You will also maintain and distribute as appropriate, current employee information, policy and procedure manuals and other communications.

  • Transacts all employee lifecycle activities in a timely manner
  • Supports high volume workload with their assigned client groups and on projects with requisition creation, mass template creation, HR case submission
  • Routinely communicate with other HR department contacts, attending team calls, reporting assistance, and escalations
  • Provide support for electronic files by playing a key role with the electronic file process
  • Create, maintain, and update departmental and onboarding processes as needed
  • Complete additional projects as assigned by Manager, including technical testing, special report analysis, and support HR Operations team with regular reporting audit projects
  • Function as a communication liaison; identify and share departmental issues, concerns, and needs with Senior HR Leadership, Factory HR, and other HR associates regarding potential enhancements to current HR practices, policies, and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years prior experience in the field of HR Operations
Other
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or in a related field preferred
  • 1+ years expereince in SAP or SuccessFactors highly preferred
  • Experience with factory/manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience in a corporate environment preferred
