We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees in various administrative tasks and initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in HR within a fast-paced and innovative company.


What you’ll do with us

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Manage new hire onboarding activities, including account set up, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Plan employee events.
  • Assist with operations projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.

What will set you apart

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR, Operations or related fields is a plus.
