Job Description

We're seeking a HR Reporting Analyst to join and help design, create and implement various dashboards which will be used across various functions globally. Partnering with colleagues globally, you'll be involved in critical projects partnering mostly with HR, IT and Business stakeholders. 

In this role you'll be:

• Involved in various HCM upgrade projects; we use IFS Cloud.
• Building reports for Dashboards and design new Dashboards for various functions within the Group.
• Supporting our HR Analytics strategy 
• Involved in ad-hoc projects, including system configurations, data governance, internal report analysis and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in a HR Reporting Analyst role or similar
• HCM Systems experience; we use IFS Cloud
• Strong SQL experience 
• Commercial Tableau experience 
• Proven experience working within a matrixed environment 

It would be beneficial if you have:

• Snowflake or DBT experience
