SAP SuccessFactors Configuration: Independently configures and maintains module settings translates functional requirements into system behavior and supports testing and issue resolution.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits Core HR Employee Central Reports Center knowledge and potential certifications.
HR IT Ecosystem Understanding: Understands the role of SAP SuccessFactors within the integrated HR IT landscape (e.g. payroll identity management service delivery) and anticipates cross-system impacts.
