Human Resource Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client's business goals
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs
• Establish and uphold HR procedures and policies
• Organize and conduct training and development programs for our team
• Support our efforts in creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace

• Have 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource, preferably in a start-up environment
• Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar role
• Experienced in remote work, and well-versed in the technological landscape and the dynamic digital sector.
• Proficiency in HR functions (payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification is a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office
