The Human Resources Coordinator This position provides direct administrative support to people teams and employees to ensure the culture of Benefit Cosmetics and people experience aligns with our mission. Specifically, this role successfully onboards new employees, ensures employees are set up with the right training and induction, and employees files and HR data are accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all job postings and ensure all job sites (both internal and external) are updated regularly and track all New Hire Requests
  • Maintain HR calendar with department travel dates, conferences, etc.
  • Track open and filled positions in HR Systems
  • Coordinate, send and reconcile all new hire offers, change of statuses and terminations and ensure all employee paperwork is completed and submitted on time, while working in tandem with other departments to ensure all materials and assets are ready for an employee's first day. (IT, access badge, etc)
  • Maintain Labor Law Postings between offices and boutique locations to ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Administer all employee's paperwork into our HRIS platforms, for all new hire, change of status, and terminations documents as well as new policies roll-out when applicable, in addition to ensuring the LVMH Talent database is updated at all times
  • Open Worker's Compensation claims into the administrator system
  • Administer HR reporting such as monthly reports and ad hoc HR reporting
  • Provide general administrative support for the HR Dept.
  • Travel expense support
  • Organizes and facilitates an exceptional onboarding experience to create positive early employment experiences and other development experiences for new employees.
  • Support Employee Resource Groups and Pink Pulse (internal employee engagement group) in planning and coordination of activities and compliance
  • Create company engagement through, i.e. development and sharing of employee personnel announcements, circulation of company activities, etc.
  • Promote completion and provide analytics of Employee Engagement Surveys
  • Actively participate in CSR initiatives and champion events and opportunities throughout the organization
  • Work with the HR team and Pink Pulse to plan, organize and manage employee engagement events including Service Awards, Spot Awards, Holiday Events, ERG activations and other community events
  • Support the building and continuation of Benefit Cosmetics existing corporate culture initiatives, while aligning with global initiatives.
  • Special projects and all other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, specifically in either HR, training/professional development, generalist role, or some other related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint, Visio
  • Experience with HRIS such as ADP Vantage/ADP Recruitment Management
  • Retail industry experience is a plus

Schedule:

  • Hybrid-requires onsite presence weekly

The target salary range for this position is$22.10/hr - $28.80/hr. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
