Job Responsibilities

• The HR Intern will assist with daily departmental functions and special continuous improvement projects such as the new hire orientation, new hire review process, document management, and the performance management lifecycle
• The Intern will help plan and organize employee engagement activities and communications and participate in employee events and meetings across the MI region
• Additionally, the HR Intern will gain a broad exposure in policy implementation and interpretation

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate, business management or organizational development
• Standard field PPE for office staff (hard hat, boots, vest). Intern will require laptop and access to company email and communications
