Job Description
Primo Brands is seeking a Human Resources Manager. Â This role will report directly to the Regional HR Manager. Â The Human Resources Manager will partner with our operations teams to provide HR guidance, training and support up to 9 factories that operates 24/7. Â (California; Livermore, Lakeside, Santa Ana, Fresno, Sacramento, Milpitas. ) (Las Vegas, Nevada, Salt Lake City, Utah) Â Â

Key Responsibilities:Â
•   Own in collaboration with the Factory Managers driving the people portion of BlueTriton Brands 10 Manufacturing principles.Â
•   Execute labor planning initiatives, support facilities with overall labor budget management to include hourly and salary roles.Â
•   Ensure sustained compliance with all company, state and labor laws, in addition to federal guidelines.Â
•   Champion change management efforts through continuous improvement, leadership training and development and employee engagement.Â
•   Create and lead strategies to support and enable a positive work environment.Â
•   Serve as a coach to leaders on their development and on employee relations issues.Â
•   Facilitate talent, compensation, benefits and training programs.Â
•   Provide on call support to the 24/7 facility for critical issues as needed.Â
Qualifications
Qualifications
•   In depth knowledge of applicable labor lawÂ
•   5+ years progressive HR Generalist experience, including experience leading and developing other HR ProfessionalsÂ
•   Bachelor’s degree preferredÂ
•   Experience in Continuous Improvement, TPM, Six Sigma, and/or Lean preferredÂ
•   Experience leading through complex/sensitive issuesÂ
•   Demonstrated project leadership and change management experience to include development, marketing and rollout of initiatives.Â
•   Demonstrated positive impact on key people-related metrics (employee retention, talent bench, diversity representation, employee engagement, etc.)Â
•   Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives/projects and responsibilitiesÂ
•   Strong facilitation and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, meetings, training sessions)Â
•   Demonstrated ability to influence senior HR and business leadersÂ
•   Skilled and knowledgeable in senior leadership development and coachingÂ
•   Ability to relate to employees at all levels and adjust style accordingly Â
•   Ability to identify, assess and translate knowledge of the business and internal/external trends to initiatives and projects, as needed.Â
•   Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time within the region to meet the support needs of the RegionÂ
•   Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) and business management software, SAP and SuccessFactors preferredÂ
Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000. This role is eligible for a 15% annual bonus.
