Human Resources Manager

Job Description

Primo Brands is seeking a Human Resources Manager.  This role will report directly to the Regional HR Manager.  The Human Resources Manager will partner with our operations teams to provide HR guidance, training and support up to 9 factories that operates 24/7.  (California; Livermore, Lakeside, Santa Ana, Fresno, Sacramento, Milpitas. ) (Las Vegas, Nevada, Salt Lake City, Utah)    

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Own in collaboration with the Factory Managers driving the people portion of BlueTriton Brands 10 Manufacturing principles. 
•    Execute labor planning initiatives, support facilities with overall labor budget management to include hourly and salary roles. 
•    Ensure sustained compliance with all company, state and labor laws, in addition to federal guidelines. 
•    Champion change management efforts through continuous improvement, leadership training and development and employee engagement. 
•    Create and lead strategies to support and enable a positive work environment. 
•    Serve as a coach to leaders on their development and on employee relations issues. 
•    Facilitate talent, compensation, benefits and training programs. 
•    Provide on call support to the 24/7 facility for critical issues as needed. 

Qualifications

•    In depth knowledge of applicable labor law 

•    5+ years progressive HR Generalist experience, including experience leading and developing other HR Professionals 

•    Bachelor’s degree preferred 

•    Experience in Continuous Improvement, TPM, Six Sigma, and/or Lean preferred 

•    Experience leading through complex/sensitive issues 

•    Demonstrated project leadership and change management experience to include development, marketing and rollout of initiatives. 

•    Demonstrated positive impact on key people-related metrics (employee retention, talent bench, diversity representation, employee engagement, etc.) 

•    Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives/projects and responsibilities 

•    Strong facilitation and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, meetings, training sessions) 

•    Demonstrated ability to influence senior HR and business leaders 

•    Skilled and knowledgeable in senior leadership development and coaching 

•    Ability to relate to employees at all levels and adjust style accordingly  

•    Ability to identify, assess and translate knowledge of the business and internal/external trends to initiatives and projects, as needed. 

•    Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time within the region to meet the support needs of the Region 

•    Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) and business management software, SAP and SuccessFactors preferred 

Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000. This role is eligible for a 15% annual bonus.
