Job Description

The Social Care & Impact Department is recruiting a Human Rights Manager.

Your primary mission will be to contribute to the deployment of the Human Rights Program in hotels across the Group.

You will report to the Human Rights Director and work on the following tasks:

  • Contribute to the development of the Human Rights program in coordination with the relevant functions (Compliance, Purchasing, Human Resources, Audit, Risks, Operations, etc.)
  • Support the implementation of the brand and regional action plans in line with the human rights risk mapping
  • Creation of communication and awareness-raising tools for HQ and hotels.
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting and answers to requests from external stakeholders (media, investors, rating agencies and customers).
  • Monitor changes in regulations, trends and the regulatory framework for human rights and communities in the tourism sector
  • Carry out any other ad hoc tasks related to human rights topics or projects.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Rights, ESG or political sciences
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business & human rights 
  • Fluent in English, French would be an asset
