Experienced HVAC Residential Service Technician/Warranty Technicians • 1+ year of HVAC experience in service including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues. • Type I & II EPA Certification • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectation • TDLR License Experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician • Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems • Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through communication and customer service skills • Educate your customers on their maintenance requirements • Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards Light Commercial HVAC Service/Maintenance TechnicianSuccessfully perform trouble shooting and diagnostics on Commercial heating and air conditioning systems (70% Residential in a Commercial Setting) • Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors • Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills • Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements • Identify opportunities for clients to improve their systems through product overview • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records • Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards HVAC Residential Lead Installer • Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump) • Maintain good working order of company vehicle • Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle. • Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer • Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency • Engage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement • Understand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card payments • Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies. • Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor HVAC Install Helpers Residential • Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units • Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas. • Performing start-up of equipment • Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools. • Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company • Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets • Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment. • Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck Qualifications: Do I have What it Takes? • Must have EPA license. • Registration as a technician with TDLR is a requirement. • 2 - 5+ years of experience in service, install, maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues • Mechanical aptitude • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations • Results driven in a high-energy environment • Attention to detail • Must be able to follow directions and work independently • Service Titan experience preferred Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
