HVAC Install Inspection Supervisor

Job Overview: ***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL HVAC *** The HVAC Install Inspection Supervisor ensures the highest quality standards for all HVAC retrofitting projects. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service to uphold our company’s commitment to excellence. The QC Inspector is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the first 90 days of newly installed equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting installation crews. Pay rate includes bonus eligibility up to $85k Key Responsibilities: • Prepare for next-day jobs by ensuring the proper equipment and materials prepared. • Teach and enforce quality standards for installation crews. • Commission newly installed HVAC systems and ensure optimal performance. • Explain system operations to customers and address their questions. • Provide technical support to installation crews in the field. • Run callbacks on newly installed equipment within the 90-day quality assurance period. • Provide necessary information to the office to ensure all job are complete Qualifications: • In-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment installation and technical systems. • Residential HVAC experience required. • Strong leadership and team training skills. • Ability to maintain high quality standards and resolve technical challenges. • Excellent communication skills. • Proven ability to perform installer and service technician duties. • Valid Drivers License with clean driving history • Ability to pass drug test and background check • Basic computer skills . • Bilingual- Spanish/English a plus Work Conditions: • 90% fieldwork, 10% office tasks. • Physical capability to handle installer and technician responsibilities.
