HVAC Installation Manager

Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is looking to add an HVAC Installation Manager to our growing team. The HVAC Installation Manager will be responsible for managing a team of HVAC installers while ensuring a world class experience for our customers. The HVAC Installation Manager will work with our installers to complete residential HVAC system replacements and duct renovations on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and relationship building skills along with a can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership over their work. We need a rock star Installation Manager who can maintain a 45% gross margin and 4.9 star rating across all review platforms. If you think you’re up for the challenge, we want to hear from you!HVAC Installation Manager Responsibilities: • Produce complete job material lists and take offs • Draw sheet metal take off fittings for replacement HVAC Systems • Order equipment and ensure AHRI Rated Match ups • Monitor equipment, tools and material inventory • Facilitate truck stock replacements daily • Ensure proper start up and commissioning of all residential equipment • Test out all duct replacements for maximum air flow and comfort • Ensure each job is operating at peak performance • Ensure job signs are posted for each job • Ensure payments are collected at the end of each job • Perform truck inspections daily • Ensure all installers are properly trained and prepared • Complete pre – job meetings to set expectations for that day’s work load • Complete post job inspections to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction • Manage labor and materials throughout the day to ensure jobs are completed on time • Maintain a 45% gross margin on all residential and commercial HVAC replacements HVAC Installation Manager Requirements: • Must have a strong understanding of air side diagnostics I:E static pressure • Must understand residential HVAC load calculations • Must be able to design residential duct system replacements and modifications per NCI standards • Great troubleshooting skills and attention to detail • Effective communication skills, good management skills and friendly personality • Sense of humor • Desire to grow the company and promote product education • Want to promote positive company culture and make improvements • Ethical, responsible and trustworthy • Positive, patient and happy • Clean cut, helpful, friendly and professional • Familiarity with Service Titan software a plus Lickety Split is an Equal Opportunity Employer #INDP2
