HVAC Installer

We are seeking a skilledHVAC Installerwith hands-on experience in residential remodels. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and hold a valid EPA 608 Type II certification. Key Responsibilities: • Install HVAC systems (ductless, central heat pumps, furnaces) in remodeled homes • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications • Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and other trades on-site • Ensure installations comply with local codes and manufacturer specifications • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites • Communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience, specifically in residential remodels • EPA 608 Type II Certification (required) • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces, attics, and crawlspaces • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Preferred: • Experience with Mitsubishi ductless and hyper heat systems • Familiarity with local permitting requirements Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive pay (DOE) • Health insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Opportunities for advancement and ongoing training Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Company truck • Dental insurance • Fuel card • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: • Overtime pay Ability to Commute: • Seattle, WA 98198 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Seattle, WA 98198: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
