HVAC Installer

Lighthouse Building Services is hiring a HVAC installer/technician to work on mostly residential AC projects. We are doing change outs and new system installation for our renovation and new construction jobs. We do some maintenanc and repairs on existing systems, but we are primarily doing project work. LBS has Plumbing/Septic, Roofing, HVAC, and General Contracting divisions, and as a lead HVAC installer, you will be spearheading most of our HVAC projects. This position will be responsible for assessing systems to determine what materials and equipment are needed for projects, purchasing and transporting sys equipment from our supply houses, and working independently to execute on projec plans and installations. Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be trustworthy, and ideally able to grow into a leadership position in the HVAC division. Must have a good driving record and valid drivers license. Must be able to work efficiently and complete installations in a timely manner and work against deadlines. If you are a seasoned HVAC professional who knows FL Mechanical code requirements, and you have crew lead level skills and experience, we want to speak with you. This position is an hourly pay employment structure, with bonus opportunities for hitting production targets and performance goals.
