HVAC Installer/Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and maintenance, showcasing expertise in various systems and components. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to work efficiently in diverse environments. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Duties • Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment according to specifications. • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations. • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to timelines. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment during installations and repairs. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations throughout all installations. Experience • Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields such as construction or property maintenance. • Familiarity with HVAC design principles and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios. • Experience as a service technician with knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and boiler systems is preferred. • Proficiency in using tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other necessary installation tools. • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform equipment repairs effectively. • Previous field service experience is a plus, especially in HVAC/R applications. • A valid driver’s license is required for transportation to job sites.
