HVAC lead commercial installer

We are looking for an experienced commercial installer that can run a job from start to finish. Must be able to run and be responsible for their own crew. US citizenship is required. Required skills: • Effectively run a crew • Possess the knowledge to run a commercial project from start to finish • Read prints • Braze, Solder, Propress copper • Hang air handlers and set rooftop units/curbs • Run all different kinds of ductwork • Run refrigerant lines • Keep track of materials needed and send to supervisor in a timely manner • Bring a job in on time without going over in labor Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Company truck • Dental insurance • Fuel card • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
