HVAC Lead Installer

Chill Brothers, LLC., based in Dallas, Texas, proudly serves the Dallas–Fort Worth area and is recognized for providing services in some of the most affluent communities within the Greater Houston region. We are looking for Lead HVAC Installer who can perform necessary HVAC installations. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, detail oriented, innovative, and has a high stress tolerance. This position offers a generous wage – we look at past experience and we reward present performance. This is NOT a seasonal position; this is a full-time year-round position. Summary: Lead Install Technician possesses the necessary creative, leadership and technical expertise to manage all of the functions of an assigned installation crew. This includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating all of the activities of an assigned work crew. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinates and directs the activities of installation crews to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completion of all projects by the project deadline and within budget for labor and materials. • Supports and encourages the fostering of ethical and positive working relationships with all customers and employees of Chill Brothers • Reports to work on time each workday and works the necessary hours each day to complete all scheduled and emergency type installation work. • Dresses in an appropriate manner accorded to this position with uniforms provided by Chill Brothers • Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles.: • Communicates daily with Installation Manager on details of each ongoing project. • The Lead Install Technician may be assigned other responsibilities or short-term duties not documented within this job description. • Must hold and maintain a valid Texas driver’s license. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • This positionrequiresa minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Lead Install Technician for a residential HVAC contractor. • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, time management skills, and organizational skills. • Experience with tablets, mobile applications, and other computer software. • The desire to work some evenings, holidays, and weekends.
