HVAC Lead Installer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Technician to lead our development efforts, spearhead our initial installations in California, and build our contractor team. Job Description: As our Lead Residential HVAC technician, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our company as a leader in the residential HVAC sector. You will work with our engineering teams to develop and validate streamlined installation processes reducing installation time and increasing quality. You will oversee the installation of residential heat pump retrofits, transitioning homes from furnaces and baseboard heaters to efficient heat pump systems. Additionally, you will support the recruiting and management of a team of HVAC contractors, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Lead the installation of new heat pumps systems (ducted and ductless) in residential properties. • Educate clients on the proper usage and maintenance of their HVAC equipment. • Collaborate with the management team to streamline heat pump installation processes. • Provide proactive feedback on ways to improve heat pump systems. • Recruit, train, and manage a skilled contractor team. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
