Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Field Service Supervisor to join our team in Richardson, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running service calls, assisting with installations, training technicians, and conducting training sessions as well as managing onsite technicians. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest level of service and expertise within our growing company. Responsibilities: • Service Calls: Manage and respond to HVAC service calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. • Installations: Assist with HVAC system installations, providing guidance and support to the installation team. • Training: Train new and existing technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and technical skills. • Training Sessions: Organize and conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest HVAC technologies and techniques. • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations. • Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service and communication, addressing any concerns or questions promptly. • Documentation: Keep accurate records of service calls, installations, and training sessions. Qualifications: • 7+ years HVAC experience • Proven experience in HVAC field service and installations. • Strong leadership and training skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. • EPA certification for handling refrigerants. • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. • Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and software. • Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC systems. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Physical ability to perform HVAC tasks, including lifting and climbing.
