What you need to succeed (Read This Twice) This program isn’t for those who take shortcuts.It’s for people ready to hustle. If you: • Show up on time and ready to grind • Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn • Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility • Or already know a little and want to go pro • Are comfortable with smart phones, ipads or laptops- tech savvy is a MUST • Can pass a background check & drug test • Have atleast 2 years of clean driving experience • Want a career, not another mid job What You’ll Do • Work side-by-side with Goettl’s top HVAC pros • Learn real skills: service, repair, installation • Hit milestones and watch your pay go up • Put in 40–60 hours a week (earn while you learn) • Graduate into a guaranteed Maintenance Tech role • Stop wasting time at dead-end jobs. • Stop stressing about school loans. • Start building a career that pays and grows with you.
