Job Description

We are seeking a Lead tech who can run all the tickets for an A class community. experience in High Rise apartments and property management required Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC and Appliance repairs ,Ticket Runner Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high rise buildings, property management and high rise building- heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on various HVAC equipment and run the tickets . This role requires knowledge in residential high rise settings. The HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of the property including running the tickets. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and other HVAC equipment. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling units. • Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems are operating efficiently. • Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, fans, and motors. • Conduct ammonia refrigeration system maintenance as needed. • Weld components as required for repairs or installations. • Run plumbing tickets and other maintenance tickets for the property • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Skills • Proficient in air conditioning installation and repair techniques. • Strong mechanical, plumbing and make ready knowledge • Experience in appliance repair is a plus. • Knowledge of gate repairs • Ability to weld effectively for equipment repairs. • Knowledge of equipment repair processes and techniques. • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. • A strong service technician mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
