HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Summary Bill Howe is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals starting their careers in the HVAC industry. As an entry-level technician, you will learn from experienced technicians in performing maintenance of HVAC systems while gaining hands-on experience and developing your technical skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Perform maintenance of HVAC systems, including air conditioners and heaters,. • Perform basic tasks such as cleaning, replacing filters, and checking system components. • Learn from experienced technicians on how to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues. • Learn to use HVAC tools and equipment safely and effectively. • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and services performed. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns. • Support the team with additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable working in confined spaces, rooftops, and varying environmental conditions. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
