Job Summary: We're seeking an experiencedMaster HVAC Technician with a passion for teaching and mentorshipto serve as our in-houseTechnical Trainer. This hybrid role combines field support, team development, and hands-on training to help elevate the skill level of our growing service team. Responsibilities: • Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices in diagnostics, customer service, and technical execution. • Provide field support and advanced troubleshooting for complex service or turnover calls. • Run service calls (on demand) • Create and deliver technical training programs and SOPs in collaboration with management. • Perform quality assurance checks and ride-alongs to assess team development. • Support service turnover process and educate customers when appropriate. • Set the standard for professionalism, safety, and technical excellence across the team. • Stay current with industry trends, codes, and product knowledge. • Hold accountability for consistent process execution Qualifications: • 10+ years of hands-on HVAC residential service experience • EPA Certification required; NATE Certification or advanced credentials preferred • Strong communication and coaching skills • Proven ability to diagnose, explain, and train on HVAC systems • Familiarity with iPads, digital tools, and CRM/work order platforms (ServiceTitan preferred) • Leadership experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Leslie?
