HVAC Mechanic

HVAC Mechanic EML, LLC is seeking a HVAC Mechanic for our new Government Contract located in Seattle, WA. The HVAC Mechanic will serve as the primary refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic and will be responsible for determining work methods, trade techniques and flow processes. They will be proficient in troubleshooting, testing, repair, and maintenance of all HVAC systems and appurtenances. They will be liable for acquiring all materials needed to guarantee the successful repair, maintenance and/or installation of all HVAC equipment under this contract and proficient in soldering and brazing. They will be familiar with BAS operations and be able to perform basic BAS functions. They will be responsible for maintaining mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical equipment related to cooling, heating, re-heating, preheating and humidity levels needed to control environmental conditions. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent $42.00 plus full benefits Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities that requires similar operation, maintenance and repair requirements Will possess N.A.T.E, HVAC Excellence or UA Star Mastery Certification and EPA 608 Type 2 Certification or greater Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
