Key Responsibilities: • Install, service, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient HVAC equipment operation. • Comply with all Matrix HVAC standards, guidelines, and safety protocols. • Perform routine maintenance checks and inform clients of necessary maintenance or repairs. • Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relations. • Accurately record all work performed and materials used. • Stay current with industry advancements and complete manufacturer training programs. Qualifications: • Experience in a similar HVAC service or installation role is preferred (we offer training to align with Matrix HVAC standards). • EPA Certification is required. • Strong technical and problem-solving skills for HVAC system diagnosis and repair. • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. • Excellent communication and customer service capabilities. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Background check and drug screening are mandatory. • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry changes.
