HVAC Professional Selling Technician- $100,000 Start Incentive

WEEKLY PAY --Seeking 3M+ Selling HVAC Technician. Sales must be over $150,000 a month YEAR-ROUND. Not looking for guys who need eight leads a day and can only sell when it’s 120 degrees out. Not looking for guys who blame the lead quality for lack of sales. This Position is a true sales professional that looks at every call as an opportunity, has a passion for training, and is goal oriented. Must be able to properly build value and sell repairs, duct, IAQ, and other non-replacement options on young equipment and all non-replacement calls. Your maintenance conversion % is over 60% with a $500+ average ticket. Your conversion to memberships is over 50%. Must be an expert in communication and sales. All the leads you can handle if you are a true professional, have grit, and unmatched work ethic. Clean professional office environment. 144hrs of paid training a year.
