About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of HVAC construction projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for managing field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules, while ensuring that work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
• Lead HVAC construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinate with field staff, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement
• Track labor productivity and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Resolve technical issues and drive project milestones

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC or mechanical projects in NYC
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and coordination
• Experience working on public or union projects is a plus
• Proficient in project scheduling and reporting tools
• Ability to lead teams and interface with clients and field staff
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred
