What You'll Do: • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients. • Review blueprints, schematics, and work orders to understand installation specifications and requirements. • Safely handle and install HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Test HVAC systems after installation to ensure efficient operation and optimal performance. • Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and clients to address any installation challenges and ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance services provided. • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment on all job sites. About You: • Experience: 3 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, specifically in system installation in residential settings. • Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics, with strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation processes. • Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications are preferred. • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality installation work. • Physical Ability: Able to work in various conditions, including confined spaces, heights, and extreme temperatures. • Team Player: Works well with others and can communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. • Safety-Conscious: Prioritizes safety and follows all industry regulations and best practices.
