What You’ll Do • Diagnose, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. • Complete thorough system inspections and communicate findings to customers in an easy-to-understand way. • Present repair and upgrade options confidently to help customers make informed decisions. • Install and maintain HVAC equipment to manufacturer and company standards. • Provideexceptional customer experiences:educate customers about their system and the benefits of recommended solutions. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. • Collaborate with the team to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
