HVAC Selling Technician

AC Pros: Keeping families comfortable for over 25 years! We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. Mimunim of 2 years experience as a Field Service Tech. Pay is unlimited You'll play a vital role in ensuring our residential and light commercial customers stay comfortable year-round. Duties: - Repair and maintain HVAC systems, including Air Conditioning units, Heat Pump, Electric and Gas Furnaces, Mini Split and and Light Commercial Package Units. - Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning outdoor units, checking electrical connections and amp draws, refrigerant charge and Delta. - Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to identify the root cause of problems - Repair or replace defective components or parts - Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency - Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with electrical systems and handling refrigerants - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions and giving all options. Qualifications: - 2+ years proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems - Strong communication and customer service skills - Good hygiene and a clean appearance - Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Skills: - Knowledge of building, designing, and maintaining HVAC systems - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting system issues - Ability to install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems If you are a skilled HVAC Technician looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth, we encourage you to apply.
