Position Overview As a Senior HVAC Service Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers enjoy comfort in their homes with efficient and effective heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. This position requires technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. What We Offer • Competitive Pay-($26-$34HR) plus Commission! • Work-life balance • 80% company-paid medical insurance • Dental, vision, short & long-term disability coverage • 401K W/ 4% Company Match • Paid time off + paid holidays • Paid training & advancement opportunities • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Company provided vehicle, cell phone, Ipad and gas card Responsibilities • Effectively service, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair heat pumps • Communicate with Customers effectively regarding work being performed or to be performed • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts and installation teams • Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices • Provide technical guidance and support to team members • Maintain a clean work vehicle • Maintain truck inventory and stock • Complete necessary paperwork • Maintain professional appearance • Participate in continued training allowing you to grow and develop professional Qualifications • 5 + years of HVAC experience servicing, diagnosing and troubleshooting • 2 + years in a senior/supervisory role • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, electrical components, and refrigeration systems. • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving • Strong time management skills • Desire to exceed expectations and provide quality Customer Service • EPA Certification a MUST! • Service Titan Expérience a PLUS!
